This page explains how GyanGram app users can request account deletion and what data is deleted.
Last updated: 26 June 2026
If you can sign in to GyanGram, open the app and go to Profile > Data & privacy > Delete my account. This starts deletion for the signed-in account.
If you cannot access the app, send an email from the email address linked to your GyanGram account. If the button does not open your email app, email rkdevanda65@gmail.com with the subject GyanGram Account Deletion Request.
We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting an account, so that someone else cannot delete your account without permission.
Deleting your GyanGram account removes your account profile and personal learning data associated with your user account, including saved progress, bookmarks, revision history, quiz activity, notes or similar user-created learning records stored by GyanGram.
When deletion is requested from inside the app, the account is immediately marked for deletion and access is disabled. GyanGram permanently deletes the account and associated user records after a 14-day grace period. Email requests are reviewed and processed in a reasonable time after verification.
Some limited records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting or payment-compliance purposes. Analytics, crash and diagnostic data that is already aggregated or not reasonably linked to your account may also remain. Store purchase records are handled by Google Play and any payment providers according to their own retention policies.
For account deletion or privacy questions, contact GyanGram at rkdevanda65@gmail.com.
