By downloading or using the GyanGram app or website (the "Service"), these terms automatically apply to you, please read them carefully before using the Service. You may not copy, modify or reverse-engineer the app, attempt to extract its source code, translate it into other languages, or create derivative versions.
GyanGram grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for your own learning. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Learning content within GyanGram is provided for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranty that all content is error-free or complete, and it should not be treated as professional, legal or examination advice. Any content you submit (such as comments) must not be unlawful, offensive or infringing.
GyanGram may offer optional paid features ("GyanGram Pro") on supported platforms. When a purchase is offered inside a mobile app, it is processed by the relevant app store and is subject to that store's billing, cancellation and refund terms. Features shown as included or free in a particular release do not require a purchase in that release.
The Service relies on third-party services including Apple services, Google services, Firebase and supported payment processors. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. AI-generated explanations may contain errors and should be checked against reliable sources.
We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". The Service may be updated, changed or discontinued at any time. Some features require an active internet connection, and we are not responsible for charges from your mobile network or for reduced functionality if your device runs out of data, battery or connectivity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GyanGram and its Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
